ABOUT ME

Hello, I’m Stephanie!

I am a women’s health nurse practitioner, mom of two, and founder of Vital Menopause. I help women navigate perimenopause and midlife with clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of vitality.

My approach combines hormone therapy and weight management with a holistic perspective that considers every aspect of your life, including nutrition, stress, sleep, movement, and mindset. Together, we create a plan that feels personal, sustainable, and designed to help you feel revitalized.

Over the past 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of partnering with tens of thousands of incredible humans through life-changing transitions and healing journeys of all kinds. That experience has shown me the power of connection, education, and individualized care, and how transformative it can be when women feel truly seen and supported.

Reimagining Women’s Care

During my years in a hospital-based clinic, I often felt limited by the system—fifteen minutes was never enough to truly understand a woman’s story. I realized how little perimenopause and menopause were being talked about, how few providers felt comfortable treating these symptoms, and how much unnecessary fear that created.

That’s why I made it my mission to change the way midlife women are cared for. After studying the research, attending conferences across the country, and connecting with leaders in the field, Vital Menopause was born, a space where women receive thoughtful, evidence-based, and deeply personal care.

You aren’t alone. This isn’t “just aging,” and you are not crazy. With the right guidance, this stage of life can be profoundly powerful, a time to feel informed, supported, and fully yourself again.

Beyond the Clinic

I’ve called Erie home for over 20 years, and community is at the heart of everything I do. In addition to running the clinic, I’m the founder of The Thrive Summit, a gathering that celebrates midlife wellness and connection, bringing women together for honest, uplifting conversations about hormones, health, and well-being.

Outside of work, I’m a yogi and ceramics artist, most at peace with a pour-over coffee in hand, my hands in clay, or sharing good food and conversation with women who lift each other up.

At every level, my mission remains the same: to help women feel seen, supported, and strong in every season of life. I can’t wait to get to know you and help you get back to feeling like YOU again.
