Vital’s standard payment plan
Every Vital package is divided into:
• A one-time registration fee
• Four monthly payments
This payment structure is available to all patients and is built directly into your enrollment. You do not need to apply for financing or pay for your entire package upfront.
Extended payment options through Cherry
If you would prefer to spread the cost of your care over a longer period, Vital also offers payment options through Cherry for qualified applicants.
Cherry allows you to explore personalized payment amounts, timelines and terms before deciding whether it is right for you. Applying uses a soft credit check and does not affect your credit score.

HSA and FSA payments
Vital accepts HSA and FSA cards for eligible medical services. Because individual plans and eligible expenses vary, we recommend confirming coverage with your plan administrator before using HSA or FSA funds.
Services performed solely for cosmetic purposes are generally not considered eligible medical expenses.
