Cancellation & Refund Policy

Your $1,000 deposit reserves your space at Midlife Elevated and is non-refundable.

We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel more than 30 days before the retreat, any payments made beyond your deposit will be refunded.

Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat are non-refundable, as accommodations, meals, facilitators, treatments, and other retreat expenses have already been committed based on your attendance.

Retreat payments may be transferred to another eligible participant with prior approval from Vital Menopause.

No refunds or credits will be provided for late arrival, early departure, or missed portions of the retreat.

If Vital Menopause must cancel the retreat, participants will receive a refund of payments made to Vital for the retreat. Vital is not responsible for travel expenses or other costs incurred by participants, and we encourage purchasing travel insurance if those expenses are significant.
